I was quite worried about going here after reading some of the reviews on here but I can honestly say it was amazing! We stayed in room number 1310 on the 13th floor corner room. I had mixed experiences here. The location was good for my needs, visiting Rotterdam as a tourist. I walked everywhere. The first room I was given was facing the harbor, beautiful.
