Room was functional, bed comfy - not too hard/soft. Water plenty hot enough, very good shower. The place was very clean. Free coffee / hot chocolate. Available fridge space. Very good location. I honestly liked this place a lot. Pretty central in the big city, really easy check-in (they have an instruction video up at the front door) & free coffee, tea, water downstairs.
