A recommendation from family. Zurich, or anywhere else in Switzerland is expensive but this hotel was probably worth the stay. Small unfriendly rooms. Poor interior planning. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Suggest Ameron Bellerive nearby as huge upgrade for next time
