“Eszter helped me with a problem regarding of parking.”
Front desck lady called ESZTER was an angel and helped me a lot with a small problem i've got a day before. She took her time and was very kind . She deserve a rise ! I don't know how can i thank her. She was amazing! 10 stars

“Hotel Verdi”
Sercan is the loveliest receptionist at Hotel Verdi. Looking after us brilliantly from the start. Incredibly friendly, efficient and kind. She even sorted out my medical emergency with such compassion. Highly recommend! Thank you again Sercan! You are a star!!xxx

“Spa is great”
The hotel is good , Workers are so nice . Especially Ms . Sercan is so kind and helpfull and smiling. Breakfast is also great. But there is bad smells on coridors and on stairs.
