Marrakech rvads parc and spa. This hotel was amazing I myself Jay are writing this review about this hotel. First thing I wanna ask that I like the building very fancy and beautiful. Roaming around the gardens and to the pool it’s just amazing because everything is so clean and green. Then the customer service for me was splendid and amazing. The people who work here are very kind and generous, who always looking after us and make sure that we have a good time. I had some issues from the hotel like my bath is start leaking water beneath, my key card was not working and asking the staff lack of knowledge about this hotel. The rooms was nice and clean I had not issues But other than that I had no problem. For free you can ask any drinks from the bar which I liked. There are lots of activities you can do in the swimming pool with the staff and in the evening, that they have karaoke, going to the theatre, watching a live football games, playing snooker and going to the dance floor room where the dj would do some crazy music. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful I enjoyed nearly all of it. The hotel is very hygienic I had a great time with some of the staff. yassine Especially this person name yassine. Who is always dancing outside the pool with bunch of people. He always giving people in the swimming pool good exercise and making sure that people jump in, and making sure they have a good time. He is a kind and generous person and he is always happy to help. His dancing in the theatre is crazy, amazing, cool and proper hip hop robotic moves. Just like the moves in uk. But other then that what a guy. His determination, background and athleticism with service is sensational. Plus he know how to work on the DJ with great songs. I like his humour and his capability to make this hotel the best. His service and events are amazing to join and I highly recommend people to visit him and do activities with him. Mimi Second I want to give a big shout to Mimi. First thing what a wonderful beautiful heart loving woman. Kind and generous at the same time. She always like to dance with other people and play French ball with people by the pool side. She also does some stretches with people in the swimming pool. In the theatre the way she dance is spectacular. Her moves blow my mind into another dimension. So much passion, love and energy. I love everything about this person. Her personality, her culture, her services and her passion. What an amazing girl she is. The best bit I like about her is her humour. I enjoyed walking around with her and getting to more about this hotel. But I enjoyed more is her dancing in the theatre. While she’s was dancing in the middle she was a queen when dancing with her mates. Her moves drew my attention and I loved every part of it. Mimi queen of the dance floor. One thing I enjoyed more when me and her dancing together. Malaury another colleuge that always been kind and generous was Malaury. Shes a happy kind lovely lady who help people with dancing outside of the pool. She gives people some work out exercises and step by step dance moves. She is brilliant when dancing in the theatre. Her affection kind and happiness attracts people to dance with her. She is always happy and never stop smiling. Great person to get to know and what an amazing staff. Joseph Another person that was generous was a person name Joseph. This person knows his moves when dancing inside and out in the theatre. He’s always kind and happy person always looking out for people if need in trouble. I enjoyed talking to him a lot about his background what he does for hobbies and how you are finding working here. When I seen him in the theatre it draw my attention. He is an amazing person and good dancer and a great entertainer not just the theatre, every where in the hotel. Marrakech ryads parc and spa Other than that I enjoyed this hotel it was beautiful great place to have a wonderful holiday in Morroco. If you want a show with kind people then I highly recommend visiting this hotel it will never disappoint you. The food was delicious, there were a lot of Morroco foods to pick in the buffet. But there was some tropical country foods. The fresh mint Morroco tea blowed my mind.I have never had anything like that. They also have the kids buffet for chicken who does not like curry. This place is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Morroco and I highly recommended people to go. And visit those people including Annas , mimi , Joseph, Simon, Jill , yassine, Oman, who works in the show are the best. They got talent, swag, looks, passion and determination to make us happy and smile.

Lovely hotel with a great pool area We went as a large group for a hen party which was made up of people of all ages the hotel was great for all The food was ok, we always found something to eat it was a little repetitive The rooms were large, with comfortable bed’s and clean Disappointing that there are not tea or coffee facilities in the room. There is however a fridge The hotel is outside of the center which is great if you want to relax a bus service is offered to the markets which we used. The gym facilities were it great which most of the equipment out of use The entertainment team were great and there was lots going on Overall a great hotel especially if your stay is shorter and you are looking for a location not in the hustle and bustle which offers a bus service

This hotel was not a bad experience overall, but it felt tired and in need of attention. The grounds were well kept and most of the staff were pleasant, although they seemed clearly overworked. The main issue was the condition of the room. It was very dated, with worn furniture, a broken bed leg, an extremely firm mattress, a cracked bath, and a toilet that leaked from the base. We reported the leak once, but it was never fixed. The balcony door also did not lock, and there were visible gaps around the room door where daylight came through. None of this made the stay feel unsafe, but it did make the hotel feel poorly maintained. The buffet offered a fair amount of choice, but the food was average at best and lacked flavour. It was not inedible, just joyless. Drinks were another weak point, as soft drinks were often poured from bottles left sitting out and did not seem properly cold unless ice was added. Around the pool, there were not enough staff clearing up after guests, which seemed to contribute to a constant bee problem. The sun loungers were also some of the most uncomfortable I have used. The communal toilets in the lobby had a strong chemical smell, which did not help the impression of the public areas. Overall, this was a passable stay rather than a memorable one. It felt like a hotel that may once have been much better, but now looks worn and in need of some care. I would probably skip it in future unless clear improvements were made.
