“Better than expected”
Had an amazing stay here at the regency. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful and room was great, with an amazing view. Special thanks to Ms. Chihiro Nakajima for helping me with an urgent issue and Kaiko Sim for being very attentive and helpful.

“Hotel view and building is nice and so clean”
Were better than my expectation. Hotel were very clean and nice looking. Garden view were fantastic. Staff were very nice and willing to give helps. Will decently want to visit here again.

“Great Kyoto Hotel Stay”
Really excellent service! Very responsive staff. Fast check-in and baggage transfer service was awesome. We will definitely stay again.

“Enjoyable stay with toddler”
Visited as Hyatt discoverist with toddler. We got Complimentary snacks and drinks. I eat eggs but no meat, all egg dishes in breakfast were great. Geisha show was great. We were provided more than enough water bottles, taking care of toddler is dehydrating :)
