“Spectacular view!”
Spacious room, well appointed and clean. Very nice view of the beach in both directions. Would recommend to family and friends.

“Great Place to Stay”
Everything exceeded my expectations. The resort was very clean, and staff were out taking care of the property all day long. The rooms were clean and spacious! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

This is a quieter area of the beach. Nice shopping center right across the street with Publix, Marshalls, Ross, Dollar Tree etc. Everything within walking distance. “Great stay!”
We have been coming to Grand Seas for years. Since the refurbishment of the units and the new pools and pool deck, it is a great place to stay. “April Review”
Front office staff is rude and unhelpful. The resort itself is clean, if you are traveling with a medically needy child I would not recommend as they are not accommodating to basic needs for us on this trip.
