After seeing a lot of mixed reviews I believe it’s only right to give my positive review in hope it doesn’t put people off coming to this lovely hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful. So much entertainment to do with multiple pools and free access to the water park across the road. The restaurants were lovely and clean, variety of food, even my fussy 5 year old had a great meal everyday. As well as the restaurants you had a mix of snack options dotted around the park - pizza wagon, quesadilla truck, burger bar, ice cream truck. You really had it all! The rooms and balcony were clean, tidy. Rooms were on the smaller side but we are only sleeping in them so it didn’t bother us. Entertainers were great, always something going on for all ages which you could keep track of on the club mac. Only criticism was if your going in the early year the children’s outdoor area is outside so if not great weather there was no cover but lots of arcade games to do inside. Alcudia beach was absolutely gorgeous, and club Mac provided a free bus here and back. And the selling point was the free entrance to the water park. You could go back and fourth at your Lesuire without paying entrance fee! My son loved this waterpark it had slides for his age, wave pool, smaller pool he could swim in with smaller slides. It was overall great. I think this hotel is an amazing value for money! I would 100% recommend and I would 100% come back again!

I've just got back from a week there, I went with my wife and 2 girls aged 7 and 10. I've never known a place like it for noise at night, most of the guests were like former contestants of the Jeremy kyle show or wannabe TOWIE cast members. It was so loud at night, every night the neighbouring rooms were up drinking and being extremely loud, slamming doors and walking the corridors until 2-3am in the morning so it was very difficult to get any sleep so if you are deaf or an insomniac have at it, otherwise don't forget you earplugs. Beware when booking as the standard rooms are 2 double beds, when booking with Easyjet we were led to believe that we were getting a double bed and a bunk bed for our girls but no. We were given a small room with 2 double beds in it, So we had pay for an upgrade to get the bunk beds which was 336 euro for the week and the hassle of swapping over rooms when just arriving was not ideal when you have 2 tired kids. I will say the staff are very good though and most very friendly and attentive if you have an issue. Hotel wise they are dated but the grounds are nice and well kept, the lake is lit up at night which nice We were on floor 8 in our building and there are 6 lifts but beware you will probably spend a good half an hour per day waiting the lifts. In the room itself the beds are not bad but the bathroom was awful, the toilet would barely flush and the shower in the bath was very difficult to set to the right temperature, it was either red hot or would turn to cold and it had to shower curtain only a partial wall so would flood the bathroom floor make it very slippy and dangerous. Food wise it wasn't too bad, the highlight being the lunchtime fresh pizza which were very nice in the restaurant. Drinks wise it was ok, the beer is San Miguel and the cocktails wouldn't get a fly drunk they were weak and far too sweet. If you drink coffee its free from the machine 24 hours per day but its awful however there is a Starbucks kiosk at the hotel but it doesn't open until 9am which isn't great if you wake up early. Activity wise there was lots to do for young kids to keep them occupied which is great but you do have to pay extra for things like the trampolines or race cars. You get free access to the Hidropark a short walk from the hotels when you want but beware the water is absolutely freezing, as are the pools in the hotel which was a shame as my 7 year would get so cold she would be shivering an have to come out after half an hour despite the 22-24 degree heat weather. Id also add if you don't like passive smoking, you wont like it as the hotel stinks of cigarette smoke everywhere in all the corridors and around the entrance to the hotels and pool area. Overall it was not a great experience with getting so little sleep all week due to the other guests and we wouldn't go back.
