“Great option, chalets can vary however!”

We have stayed here twice now and it’s a great option for ski in/out accommodation. We had a 2 bed apartment to sleep 5, the only criticism really was that the chalet only had 1 toilet. Other than that the facilities are great, location is awesome and price just about borders good value.

“Great hotel in a great location, decent rooms”

Stayed in this hotel for a week as a huge group for skiing trip. Rooms were decent size with kitchen and decent size bedroom and bathroom. Good location ski in ski out. Nice pool and spa area and boot locker downstairs, would certainly return and recommend

The apartments are near the Chalvet ski gondola, easily accessed from a nursery slope just outside the apartments. The apartments are near the Chalvet ski gondola, easily accessed from a nursery slope just outside the apartments. The main resort lifts and ski school and facilities are all a 10 mins downhill walk away, possibly a bit tedious in ski gear although the ski bus also passes outside regularly. It's extremely well set up for skiing with good spacious ski lockers and two rental shops very nearby. Also a very good small supermarket and Traiteur nearby, just across the small nursery slope. Kiddie's ski school meets at this slop too. The 1 bed apartment was very nice, nice size attractive bedroom and decent size bathroom and a reasonable amount of storage. The kitchen living room was also very pleasant and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped although there is almost no food preparation space and very little food storage space either (you can't put EVERYTHING in the fridge), the fridge is a good size though and there is a kettle, toaster and coffee machine all provided.There is an efficient bread and pastry delivery service there - order the evening before and then just pick up your order the next morning, pay at the wend of the week. There is good secure underground parking (E 70 per week) and what looked like a very nice spa, although I didn't use it. My husband had a massage which he described as 'ok' only. There's also a nice bright open reception area, open some of the time. A special mention for the reception staff who were excellent, the senior receptionist/manager had excellent English, was completely on top of things and dealt with everything in a pleasant friendly and efficient way. We had the first rental of the season and there were a few items missing from our apartment inventory, all of which were dealt with within the day. Speaking of inventory - it seems to be a standard thing for Residences of this type and they make it as painless as possible, however, it is still a bit of a nuisance. You have to be careful with the check-in inventory just so as to avoid potential liability later and also, cleaning up to get ready to go and waiting around for someone to check you out is a bit of a hassle on a morning when you are already having to get get packed, ready and off on the road again. However, it seems unavoidable for this type of rental. All in all,we had a really nice time in a comfortable apartment and we would stay here again. Ask for a piste side apartment.
