“A fantastic stay .”
From the get go as I stepped out of my taxi and are greeted warmly ,bags tacked by very efficient porters and ushered into a very beautiful reception area with super comfortable lounges to wait and take a miniute to yourself reset after usely a day of traveling ..Small things seem to matter here… more

“Lovely staff and nice stay overall”
Staff are very accommodating especially Ma'am Nicole ( one of their receptionist). Will come back. Worth every penny. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times which affected sleep slightly. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

“Quick Customer Response”
The air-conditioning on our first night was not functioning well we had to transfer. Staff were quick to respond to our room change. Quest Hotel will always be our home away from home.

“3rd faultless stay at quest”
My 3rd stay at quest hotel cebu and I can never find faults...they got it just right..even location..5 min walk to ayalla mall...Cross the road to 7.11. McDonald's......the quest is not the cheapest hotel....you can find much cheaper...but you get wat you pay for..overall value for.money you can… more

“Too late for a check in and too early for a check out”
The room was clean. The only downside was when I requested for an early check in and i was surprised they will charged me 1k per hour. Also requested for a late check out since we can't do an early check in, and it eas denied. SHANGRILA/SHERATON & Seda allows either both. I just don't understand wh… more
