“Highly recommended ”
Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The room was great with 2 aircons for the bedroom and living room / kitchen. Breakfasts was very nice and good parking area in the back. Staff very friendly. Only 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk from the Big C shopping mall with lot of restaurants.

“Ubon Ratchatani”
We returned to Ubon Ratchatani for a short vacation and once again we stayed in the Excella Hotel. Kind staff, very clean and fantastic room and the included breakfast is great. The free internetconnection is better than at home!!

“Small and friendly”
We know Ubon well and would always recommend Excella. We stayed there in June 2022 over 2 separate occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. “Good service ”
The hotel location is quite away from the main road. There was no shop around the hotel area. The room need maintenance but the service from staff is really good. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and value to the price.

“Room alright, breakfast needs a lot of improvement”
The room was not the same as on the advertising photos but similar. I can't complain about the room. However, I have no idea why the breakfast was rated that high. Nothing was fresh made. Once prepared, just kept warm. Toast was of the lowest quality.
