“Fabulous”

Great food, wife had a ceasar salad and Bouillabaisse, i had very different calamari appetizer, very tasty and the wonderful builabaisse. Service was excellent and as an added bonus a very talented piano player who also sings well

“Good Location! Not a great customer service at front desk”

The location is everything here. The hotel is kind of all, even though it was renovated the bathrooms are kind of all. The pool is also outdated. The beach is the best! The location is everything here. The hotel is kind of all, even though it was renovated the bathrooms are kind of all. The pool is also outdated. The beach is the best! Customer Service is not as desired at front desk. Bobbi was there checking me out and instead of trying to help was trying to charge fees non-sense, she could find another job that likes more, we tourists have the best intention to have a good time, don't ruin it with a bad attitude!

“Older hotel with pool and beach access”

I accidentally booked an accessible room. Decor was nice, room was clean, frig actually kept things cold, but the bathroom sink drain was so slow it filled with water just washing your hands. I accidentally booked an accessible room. Decor was nice, room was clean, frig actually kept things cold, but the bathroom sink drain was so slow it filled with water just washing your hands. In fairness, we didn’t report it (meant to at checkout!) The card reader for the door did not work well at all. The housekeeping is still reduced. You put your trash bags outside and they give you new bags. Same with towels. No one ever entered our room. Biggest complaint is the Tiki Bar at the pool closed at 5:00pm! If you wanted a drink to watch the sunset or just hang out at by the pool, you had to go to the restaurant and carry it outside. Beach was nice, had chairs, no umbrellas. $25 resort fee

We booked this hotel almost two months in advance and only received a confirmation after calling to verify. We booked this hotel almost two months in advance and only received a confirmation after calling to verify. We had one the Ocean View rooms and while the view was as advertised, the common walkway in front of the room didn't allow for keeping the curtains open. The room itself was adequate the bathroom was somewhat outdated. The towel rack had been replaced and the large holes left by the previous rack had white spackle on the walls. The biggest issues were the small ants that even after we borrowed the bug spray, still persisted. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment which was very inconvenient. On the bright side, this hotel is definitely on the beach and the beach is beautiful. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The room was expensive and if we were to go back would probably not spend the extra money on an Ocean View room.
