“My wife and I loved this place”
My wife and I loved this place. We stayed on an all-inclusive plus basis in a Zafiro Club Penthouse. “We will be returning”
Amazing friendly service from every area in the hotel. Food was exceptional, especially the Mare Nostrum (like Masterchef ! ) in both presentation and taste, together with knowledgeable staff. Great live entertainment at night. Hopefully will be returning next year.

“5 star hotel”
We had a wonderful stay at Zafiro Palace Andratx. The staff were amazing and accommodating for our family of four. “Zafiro Club stay”
The staff are extremely welcoming. The facilities are great. What you would expect from a 5* hotel. It’s very clean and the staff take pride in what they do. We stayed in Zafiro Club which is worth the extra money paid to have a quieter area of the hotel, however, this would be a better experience… more

“Fabulous Hotel”
Amazing Hotel, excellent restaurants (especially the breakfast which is the best I’ve come across). Only criticism is that as the parts of the hotel are a bit spread out the signage to get to restaurants and bars leaves quite a lot to the imagination!
