“The best vacay ever”
Very good location in the poconos. Atmosphere was very clean, mainly showers. Rooms were comfortable mainly beds. Noise level was mild. No yelling, Service was very nice (Isabel from Dunkin best worker!!)

Did not like that it was open to the public. I think that almost should bring the value of the rates down due to guess that pay for rooms having to put up with guess that steal and are annoyingly always breaking the rooms knowing they can just leave. “Be Aware”
As the airlines, all the underlying fees are ridiculous.. forget seeing $176 a night thinking it’s a great deal.. by the time all the resort fees were attached ( room occupancy tax, parking fee plus tax,premier resort fee, sustainable fee) your room is looking more to $250 on up.. kids enjoy the ac… more

“Average stay despite the cost”
Good things The kids had fun. Birthday package hit the spot. Cabana wait staff very attentive. Gift shop staff very helpful. Breakfast staff helpful. Restaurant staff helpful and attentive. However, we wont be staying at the resort again despite this. The cost just doesn't justify things wit… more

Hotel was ok beds were kind of uncomfortable room size was good.
