“Lovely staff and clean hotel”
Good size rooms, we couldn’t work the safe initially and mentioned it to receptionist who sent someone up to sort within five minutes. Likewise our friends bathroom window wouldn’t shut properly and within ten minutes of reporting it the matter was sorted. Attentative , polite and friendly staff.

“Situation and room very good”
Liked the walkable distance from all my selected places to visit, central yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Room was more than satisfactory. Breakfast was a useful addition. Reception was very helpful on several occasions.

“No air con but still a great stay .”
Stayed here last week and it is a beautiful hotel and pleasant staff who tried to help if they could etc. We discovered we had no air conditioning in our room as only the heating would work and were told cold air could not be put on as it was controlled by the hotel .
