“Great hotel in Zurich”
A fantastic stay! Perfectly located within easy walking distance of both the old and new town, with tram and bus stops right outside. The bed and linens were the best l've ever experienced, and the super-soft, fluffy towels were a real treat. Rooms cleaned daily. Water pressure is great, lovely hot… more

welcoming & friendly staff; great location. Super clean room with fast wifi and good shower/ toilet ensuite. very good breakfast, croissants/ coffee water in reception. just a great city hotel right on tram routes.

“Poor location.”
Location - At the top of a very steep hill , not suitable for anyone with mobility problems . On a very busy road with tram stops right outside the hotel. Very noisy . Need a number 10 or 7 to get you into the centre . Rooms - very basic and small . Beds were very hard for our liking and the pillow… more
