The hotel is in a good location, perfect for the beach, the Old Town, restaurants and bars and bus stops. On arrival we were all struck with how friendly and efficient the hotel staff were. Our room was very clean, a good size and the room service was very good. I have food allergies and the restaurant staff were very accommodating - the restaurant managers asked the chef to come out at meal times and advise me of the foods I was able to eat which was very reassuring. The bar staff were very nice and the drinks were very reasonably priced. As this was our first visit to Benidorm we weren't sure how we should spend our week, Nicki who works at the hotel spoke to us on our first day and was extremely helpful. She advised us on lots of places to visit, how to get there and everything she suggested was a wonderful day out. She could not have been more helpful and really made our holiday.

Another fantastic holiday at the Sandos Monaco hotel that is like home from home to us. The welcome that you receive is excellent, from reception staff and management, all greet you with a smile. The hotel is spotless, the cleaning staff do an amazing job,as do all the bar and restaurant staff. Any information or help that you may need just go an see Nicky the public relations officer, she is very approachable and is very helpful in dealing with any problems. Food is of a good standard catering for many nationalities. Judith the entertainment girl is full of energy and good at her job. Try it.

“Lovely time as always stayed from April 23rd to 1st May”

we have now been here 4 times and love this hotel, perfect location old town to the right and strip to the left, rooms cleaned each day and beds made each day too. we was on the 13th floor this time. we have now been here 4 times and love this hotel, perfect location old town to the right and strip to the left, rooms cleaned each day and beds made each day too. we was on the 13th floor this time. Staff was great everyone one of them, from reception, bar staff and in restaurant and the guy doing food in outdoor area and of course Judith and entertainment team was good. Food was nice too plenty of options, was good to tin plum tomatoes too at breakfast each day, as didn’t last time we was there and mentioned it too, don’t think there because of me haha😀, We always have a great stay and we will be back again soon. Only issue I wasn’t happy with people leaving food on outside tables and then pigeons all over eating left over food, or even feeding them, it doesn’t take a minute to clear them and put in bin. I think the signs need to be bigger as no one takes notice, even with smoking in non smoking areas.

We stayed from 29th April to 13th May 2026. The hotel was very nice, clean and staff were friendly. Although there was a good variety of food the down side was that it was always lukewarm. At times we came down a little later for breakfast, (approx 30mins before they stopped serving), there was little left and nothing else was being brought from the kitchen. The entertainment team worked hard to get people involved, a special mention must go to Judith who was very good, full of life and very friendly. She remembered names which makes a huge difference. The evening entertainment was on the whole average with the exception of a couple of nights which were great. The layout of the entertainment room isn't great as there are pillars which obscure the view. Our second week at the hotel was busier and the inevitable sun lounger rush had started with towels put on beds with no one appearing until much later. I'm 50/50 if I would book here again. The location is good, close to the beach and Old Town.
