Small rooms but quiet and safe neighborhood. Front desk staff was quick, efficient and attentive. We were lucky enough to check-in several hours early when our room was available. Although our room was small, it was clean and comfortable enough for our 4 night stay. Air conditioning worked well, mini fridge was clean and kept our drinks cold. Only had an issue with the shower head where it turns away from the middle no matter how many times it's adjusted. Would recommend this place if you are familiar with the Chuo area or want to stay somewhere less cluttered.

This is a small hotel, reasonably priced considering it is in the centre of Tokyo. The only hotel I have been in where the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom, the double bed was pushed up against the wall. So not much storage space if you bring lots of luggage. Staff were very helpful, however English a struggle. They booked for us a visit to sumo stable around an hour away, but still in Tokyo, what an adventure, and leap of faith on our part, since we knew barely any Japanese, or could read an address, or speak to a taxi driver, but hotel arranged it all. Breakfast, not to my taste. Other, better options nearby. If ever in Tokyo again, would have no problems staying here, well situated, very safe area.

“Close to subway, excellent customer service”

Stay there for more than a week. The location is excellent as the Mitsukosamie station is very close to a lot of tourist attractions and tokyo station. Stay there for more than a week. The location is excellent as the Mitsukosamie station is very close to a lot of tourist attractions and tokyo station. It cost about 690 yen to 810 yen from tokyo station for taxi to the hotel. The closest metro exit is B1 in the corodo building next to Tamiz store (stairs), A4 or A5(elevator). After exit only take a few minutes walk and it is easy to find. There are grocery store and family mart on its way. Hotel staff can communicate with English and very very accommodating. If you don't want to join the hotel for breakfast, there is an affordable upscale coffee shop next to the B1 exit. It opens early. The area is surrounded by expensive upscale shops and stores. It is very very convenient to take few subway stops to either Ginza or Ueno for food. The only downside is that this is a business area, so after office hours like 7 or 8. is very very quiet during weekdays. so you may want to take the cab from tokyo station when it is dark. weekend is busy. In terms of room size, we booked the cheapest room type. The size compare to other that we stayed before, this hotel is much more make sense and we can at least move around with luggages. I cannot say it is big but it is much better than a lot of hotels. the airport limo bus is leaving at the Tokyo Station Tekko Building and is about 1450 yen with big cab and luggages. A lot of business people stay in this hotel with sometimes a few travellers. So the hotel overall i say very quiet and we really enjoy the stay.

“Still stingy, now with a construction going on ....”

I just stayed a couple of days in this hotel. Beware they are in a huge construction although they don’t disclose it in their advertising. I was almost canceling the whole stsy when they offered me an uograde to the 12th floor, still too small but at least hardly any noise. The other reception girl… more

I just stayed a couple of days in this hotel. Beware they are in a huge construction although they don’t disclose it in their advertising. I was almost canceling the whole stsy when they offered me an uograde to the 12th floor, still too small but at least hardly any noise. The other reception girl actually was trying to sell me an early (2pm!!!) check-in and the aforementioned uograde. So a good...mhhh....kind of, good deal. They actually took out the second bathing towel and hand towel on the second day ,even the 2nd tooth brush, being a single occupant. Kind of typical for their generosity. Not impressed, not disappointed. Too small for too much money. Well, Tokyo. Next metro is Mitsukoshimae. Practical. There is a free bus to Tokyo Station somewhere but nobody I asked could speak English or French or Soanish...the receptionists from the last days included.... Wifi wasn’t consistent, TV had no,none....English channel....are you serious ?
