“Has the lot!”
Out of the rat race. Huge hotel with multiple annexes so gets a bit confusing in the start. Rooms have a very comfortable bed ,great hotwater in shower. “Long overdue for repairs.”
The Grand Prince Xin Takanawa Hotel was a disappointment. The customer service by the front desk could have been more responsive. Also, the rooms, elevators, and hallways were really beat up. Definitely not characteristic of the high quality and level of perfection one comes to appreciate in Japan… more

“Across Shinagawa station”
The biggest plus of the hotel is its location .. right across shingawa station which is a major hub for Shinkansen trains and subway .. so very very convenient.. otherwise it’s an ok ok hotel , breakfast was standard with hardly any veg options , but as the hotel seems to be catering to big groups … more
