“Comfortable hotel with no major issues apart from the location..”
Went as a large group and liked the hotel. It has a few downfalls - the location is not great particularly if you are at the front of the hotel. “Friendly reception, convenient parking, basic but decent room”
Basic but decent room. Friendly reception and convenient parking down below. Free coffee and tea in the reception area. Good Wi-Fi. The location is not very central in the city, about a half an hour walk downtown. We would stay here again.

“Basic Friendly Hotel, grotty location”
Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. “Ok but like a back packer hostel rather than a hotel”
As above . Very underwhelmed. Extremely basic , very surprised that BA recommended it. Clean but well worn and in desperate need of an upgrade. Everything you need but not exactly comfortable and welcoming . Still getting over my shock !!
