“Magical”
Beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff. Character meet and greets were fantastic. Could do with a spruce up but clean and very comfy beds. Air con could be better in lobby.

Nice stay. Not giving 5 stars as I was expecting it to be better than Sequoia as it’s a 4 star vs 3 star. But actually preferred Sequoia (which we stayed at the March before).
