The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh smell. The manager went above and beyond to make our experience lovely. “Beware of details ”
Zurich is an expensive city for hotels so if hotel Felix looks like a bargain, beware. The rooftop is only for the room on the penthouse. Check in was efficient and friendly. Rooms are small but ok. Beware the entire street side rooms have no AC!
