“Accomodating, Funtional & Clean 👍”

Liked · Only booked 24 hours before arrival. Communication prior was accomodating and helpful. Having stayed previously in similar Prague Hotels, the building & room was clean, functional and comfortable. As a small family, location from airport, and visiting Czech relatives in Prague was excellent by tram & metro. Included breakfast in price was good. Disliked · Small lift, but no different to elsewhere and building constraints.

Stayed here for 3 nights during last week in August. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Natalia at the reception spoke good English and had the patience to answer all my questions. There are stairs, and a lift to get to the rooms. The room was clean but seemed a bit stuffy, which was ok after I opened the window. The room had a balcony but the access door to the balcony was sealed shut. There was no air-conditioning in the room but it had a ceiling fan wich was a big help. Average temperature daytime temperature during our stay was 28 degrees c. We had asked for a double room but it was in fact a twin, with beds pushed together. The room was well equipped with a small fridge, electric kettle, tea making accessories. There was a wardrobe, and a small safe inside it. Safe wasn't complimentary. However there was nothing to put our suitcase on. Bathroom was big and clean. Shower was excellent. Had a hair dryer. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. I don't know why but after the first clean they took away the towel for the feet, the one you use as a foot rug when coming out of the shower. Dining area was in the basement and was quite big. The lady who was managing the breakfast was very efficient. She managed it all single handedly. Breakfast was very good. There was scrambled eggs, variety of bread, butter, jam, bacon, cheeses, cereal, yogurts, vegetables, tea, filter coffee, and a coffee machine. The hotel is conveniently located. The tram, metro, and bus stations are only a 5 minutes walk. There is mini market around the corner and it is open till late. Plenty of places for food and drink nearby. Town (Old and New) are only 3-4 tram stops away. All public transport is free for over 65s. Taxi (Bolt) to airport was only £11. Beer and wine can be ordered via room service but beer was 3€ at the hotel but 1€ from the market around the corner. Wifi was good and free. The whole hotel is no smoking.

Meda Mladkova was a private art collector and no wonder her name inspires tourists to discover the specific urban concept jof this municipal quorter Dejvice designed by Antonin Engel in twenties of the 20th century. We enjoyed the location very much and refreshment served in the form of morning breafast. Many thanks to the hotel staff showing interest nad being most efficient.

“Good location but not at al luxurious.”

Good location on a quiet street with Albert supermarket nearby and plenty of good restaurants and delis on adjacent streets. Airport very easy to get to; tram 20 or 26 from Vistezne namesti to Divoka Sarka then airport bus 59. Choice of trams to city centre, 8, 18, 20, 26 15 mins, or the metro fro… more

Good location on a quiet street with Albert supermarket nearby and plenty of good restaurants and delis on adjacent streets. Airport very easy to get to; tram 20 or 26 from Vistezne namesti to Divoka Sarka then airport bus 59. Choice of trams to city centre, 8, 18, 20, 26 15 mins, or the metro from Dejvicka. Room was basic but comfortable, the bathroom so so. Lift small and not for the claustrophobic!! Breakfast poor by normal hotel standards, next time if we book will eat in nearby cafes. Have to bear in mind that the cost of our stay was approaching 55% of what we would have paid at the Hotel International down the road below Zelena.
