“A great place to visit Bern”

“Wonderful Hotel”
Wonderful hotel - I've stayed many times and always have a great experience! The rooftop bar was not open due to the time of year, but I always love going up there when it is open. I also love eating at Jack's (breakfast & dinner).

“Beautiful place, but beware cigar smoke in lobby”
A really lovely hotel with a fantastic rooftop terrace. Service was friendly and prompt, and everything was absolutely spotless.
