“Excellent customer service and clean”
The room was clean, and I wished my room also had a bathtub. The staff were exceptionally respectful and kind. As a black woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe. “Everything was fine”
Thank you for your kind care. We are finishing our week's stay here. The room is cleaned every day, towels changed. The pools are clean. We had half board. The cuisine is excellent, comparable or better than the Thermia Palace hotel of this hotel group. Thank you for a nice and pleasant week stay.
