“Such Helpful People”
I was very lost in Budapest with no idea what to do, but I stumbled into the Platanus Hotel for some wifi and directions and the front desk man was extremely helpful and kind, graciously explaining the subway system and the train stations as well as some of the best things to see around Budapest. “Economical and comfortable ”
The staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable. The major drawback is the location which is bit off Center from the main town square where all the action happens. We used subway from the Nepliget station, which was about 300-400 mtrs from the hotel.

“Actually in 2005”
Had a good time then, it feels like a prewar hotell. Still I found it above average and it had a good breakfast! And the waiters where funny if you tried to speak a little bit of Hungarian with them.. Hehe, good times!
