“Delicious hungarian food”
Wonderful, tasty, and authentic Hungarian food. Attentive service and reasonable prices. We particularly liked the cabbage rolls (töltött kapuszta) and the hungarian crepes (palacsinta). Air conditioning was good, in a city that doesn't have it everywhere.

“Very good hotel in central Nyíregyháza”
My brief stay at Hotel Central was very comfortable indeed. Staff are attentive and speak fluent English. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. “Ideal hotel for business meet”
Right in the heart of the city and next to the biggest shopping mall. They have a conference room for small meeting of 100 pax or so. “Great disappointment”
They advertise themselves as a four star hotel. We booked three superior rooms for 5 guests. The rooms were not at all superiors: they were in the mansard! “Okay but not cheap”
Only visited Nyiregyhaza because it was enroute to our final destination and definitely would not recommend making a special effort to go there as not much to see or do. The hotel was clean and ticked all the boxes but not cheap.
