Beautiful hotel in the center of Reykjavík at the beginning of the famous shopping street Laugavegur. “Nice hotel in central Reykjavik”
Nice clean and modern hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, easy parking to the rear and it is located just off the Main Street for tourist shops, restaurants and hotels.

“Good service from Kurt”
The TV was not working in the room, but Kurt did a really good job in quickly resolving the situation. Hotel is well located and right next to a FlyBus Pick up point.

“Comments on the exit into bathroom/toilet.”
The glas door into toilet is letting out noice, during any wisit. The hand wash should be done inside the bathroom/Toilet.

“Meh”
One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the fitness facility. Disappointing to arrive and ONLY THEN find out there is an extra charge for use of these facilities. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
