“Lovely Carina Guesthouse”
Clean and quiet guesthouse with beautiful views of the Vik area. Lovely, ample breakfast in a glass dining area, parking out front. Bathrooms were shared, but accessible. “A very good Guesthouse”
It was very good! I slept well here! There was something for everyone at breakfast. Breakfast is homemade. I can recommend it!

“Decent but rude front desk staff”
Clean. Decent continental breakfast. Nice location. Quiet stay. Knocked it off one star because the host was very impolite on arrival. Was not welcoming at all. Not a good feeling after a long day of travel and an overall expensive trip plan.

“Comfortable Stay at Vik”
Its location is just of the Ring Road and close to Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. Our room is at the 2nd floor and car park is just downstair from our room. “Stay here but be informed”
This is a perfectly adequate place, but there are some issues. For one, most of the rooms have shared bathrooms—which is not made explicit. Service: ranges from very nice and helpful (our first night) to an unfriendliness that borders on pathological.
