We were a gang of foodies (family and friends) and sea lovers. The resort was on the beach - 2 mins max - so you are settled about the sea. Arroz, their restaurant exceeded all expectations. We went out to have food to amazing places, The Fisherman's Wharf, Good fellas, Leda, etc - yet this place holds its charm. The food was excellent. On top of that the restaurant is air conditioned! I cant tell you how much our spoiled spirit loved this pampering in the March heat. The rooms that we rented were standard cottages that faced the garden. The rooms were very beautiful and the garden was equally beautiful. You can sit and spend your time in the hammocks hung there. The garden is tastefully decorated. The Swimming pool is clean and good enough for many people. There is a bar overlooking the pool - if you love beer and a bath. Their area, the rooms, the decor, the pool, everything was clean, functional and beautiful. The best part of the place were the people who ran it - seldom have I come across a place where each person owns the property. This is one place. Everyone of them is truly a owner taking responsibility of the details with a smile that lingers on after you have left the place. I would always fondly remember this visit - the visit made memorable by my company and the people I met at the resort. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Biera Mar Beach Resort in Benaulim with my wife and father-in-law & I can't recommend this resort highly enough. The gardens at the resort are exceptionally well kept, with manicured lawns and mature plants and trees. The cabins are clean and well equipped with stable good quality WiFi, refrigerator, smart TV, and Aircon. The resort is excellently located with a gate opening almost directly on the beach, which within 2 minutes walk has a number of excellent beach shacks serving delicious Indian, Continental, Indo-Chinese & Goan food, as well as drinks and cocktails all at exceptionally reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was served in the onsite restaurant which is very clean and neat with a nice choice of Indian and Continental foods for breakfast including a chef cooking fresh omelettes. The staff need special mention, ALL of them (every single one) were both friendly and professional and were all prepared to go the extra step to make our stay special. Sadly I don't know the names of all the staff members only that of Dominik, Neathra and the General Manager Rohit, and so request Rohit to thank ALL the staff at the resort on our behalf. If the acid test of any resort is "would you go again?". The the answer is a 100% YES. I am already booking our next stay at Christmas at Biera Mar. I think this answers the question of how much we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of Biera Mar.

We stayed at Beira Mar Feb/March 2026 for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalets are a little tired and would benefit from some modernisation but they were very clean and comfortable. The gardens are lovely and well tended. The staff are fantastic with nothing too much trouble for them. We had 2 invasions of flying ants and the staff took instant action when we reported this and after the second one they moved us to a different chalet. They then proceeded to immediately clear out the old chalet, sort the problem out and completely reseal and decorate it. The breakfast is fine but tends to cater for the Indian pallet, again staff were brilliant when asked for omelettes etc. The pool is fine but would benefit from some umbrellas over the sunbeds and towels supplied were clean and easily available. It can be a little noisy at night due to locals playing loud music in the adjacent car park but that didn’t bother us too much. There are a number of beach shacks within 5 minutes walk to the beach with good food and drink, some being better than others Valonia’s being our stand out favourite. Overall a great place to stay and a great location.

I enjoyed my stay here. Although basis, the cabins are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need, a fridge tea and coffee, fresh bottled water each day. The team are friendly and attentive, the breakfast is ok. we didn't eat at the restaurant as there is such a selection of beachfront restaurants which were more to my taste. The complex has security at the gate and a safe place to park a scooter
