We were looking for a 4-star property that would also fit within the budget when we came across King's heritage and booked it from MakeMyTrip. The hotel is situated at a distance of just 10 mins from the Surat Railways station, which is very good in terms of connectivity. Coming to the hotel itself, the lobby area was spotless, and there were plenty of sofas if you want to sit and read something in the lobby. The hotel staff was friendly, and especially the receptionist, Varsha, was accommodating in terms of assisting in completing all the required formalities. She also gave us a good overview of the city in terms of sightseeing and places for shopping. The behavior of all the others, including the restaurant staff, was warm and friendly as well. We had booked an executive room for three people with breakfast. The room was tastefully decorated with a large king-size bed. It also had a sofa and a small table which could be used for in-room dining. It also had a wall attached table for the usage of laptops or just for keeping your luggage. The bathroom was spotless, and there was not a single stain I could find, which was pretty amazing. In terms of connectivity, the WIFI in the room was blazing fast. My speed test showed it close to over 50 Mbps. The breakfast served in the morning was sumptuous. The breakfast has everything from south to Gujarati food and even continental, including juices, milkshakes, and fresh fruits. The taste and quality of the food served were excellent. The hotel was so customer friendly that they even allow you to take the breakfast to your room if you wish to do so at your convenience. Coming to the improvements, one is the lighting in the room. The hotel needs to fix that because the room feels slightly dull due to a lack of proper lighting. The second is the mattress they give for a third person. The mattress is just made of spring without any foam in it. No one can sleep on it directly, as it will feel like the spring would pierce your skin. These two things need definite improvement. But apart from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would say this is one of the best 4-star properties you will find in Surat at an exceptional price range.

Stayed in hotel king's heritage in September 2022 for 03 nights. Located near railway station and almost on main road, we found it highly satisfactory. The hotel deserves excellent grading on most of the parameters. Rooms were well maintained, neat and clean including good washroom in form of a glass cubicle with blinds for separation. Complementary breakfast was yummy with good choice of Gujarati and other Indian dishes. Breakfast was served in their restaurant on top floor having indoor as well as outdoor sitting options. Room Service can sometimes be slow but ok. Reception staff are polite and highly cooperative. Lunch and dinner can be had in the hotel restaurant otherwise you can have broad range of options on station road bang opposite the hotel where plenty of eateries exist. Overall very good experience
