I traveled with family in December 2019, the staff within this hotel is extremely pleasant, accommodating, efficient and willing to assist with almost anything for their guests.The room-service is decent and the revolving restaurant serves up one of the best buffets in town. “Comfortable and pleasant hotel”
We attended an event in surat recently, and stayed at the Tex Pallazo hotel for 6 days. The hotel is located on the main road and has textile markets nearby. Booked a super deluxe room. The room was quite upto mark. However service is somewhat that needs improvement. Person at reception is the only attentive one. “limited stay in surat”
The hotel seemed very basic from the entrance. But the rooms were good facilities . It seems only business hotel and hence it is in the market . Nothing much to say about the food . breakfast was really bad .
