This was my repeat visit to the hotel. (First one being in Aug 2022). I truly love the ambience, comfort, luxury, care, personalisation that this place offers. The kind of detailing you would see here is impeccable. Each of the staff members are so well groomed to talk, to serve, to smile, to greet. These guys don’t miss a beat. It was impossible to find out any flaws in there working at any point of time. Its like the army of ants (All working for 1 uniform and clear goal and that is customer satisfaction). I am an avid traveller, and have stayed in numerous hotels, and a lot of Luxury hotels as well. Most of them, if there is a problem during the stay and we inform them, then we get a reply by email saying please give us a chance to serve you next time, or stay with us next time and we will improvise etc etc. This property had a clear understanding for getting it done right in first go and if at all there is any error, to rectify it there and then itself fin the same stay. This time around, we were just having a staycation and booked a Junior suite, but was happily upgraded to the Bunk bed Executive suite by hotel compliments. Room: We stayed in a Executive Suite room with Bunk bed (the biggest in the property). We had one of the most wonderful rooms, and I already have started missing it. It was very spacious, very modern and with all sorts of latest features (Like mirroring your phone to watch OTT, motorized curtains one touch all lights off, USB phone charging sockets etc). A semi-separate sofa sitting area (living room) partitioned by a bunk bed which not only made my kids sleep in comfort but also provided a sort of privacy. The garden at the back of the room was to die for, it was as big as the room and was great to spend quality time with family during evenings. As you enter the suite, you have a closet on your right and a huge bathroom straight ahead. On your left is Living area and bedroom. Both living room and bedroom had their own TV’s. The living room had motorised curtains for a view of the outside towards the hotel parks. Bedroom had a huge floor to ceiling glass door for garden access. Electronic safe, Hair Dryer, Deep Sink water tub, Pillow Menu, Iron and Ironing Board, Loaded Minibar are some features common to the Suite rooms. Bathroom: The bathroom was very spacious, with glass enclosed WC area and Glass enclosed Shower area. A small sitting stool was very thoughtful and useful in front of the vanity. The deep sink water tub was perfectly placed near the window to sit and relax. Gym / Swimming pool: The property is designed like a “Drop” in case you see it from the sky. And then the entire property is desgned around its central attraction – THE POOL. I have not seen such a wonderfully designed swimming pool at a hotel for a very long time. (Last time I was awestruck with the pool was at Marina Bay sands Singapore). The pool also had two levels, a sperate side for kids, a shaded area with pool side near the pool bar, a central pool for activities like zorbing etc. It was really fantastic and we had wonderful time at the pool. The hotel has a full-fledged gym, spa, sauna, steam for its guests. Food: The hotel has an extensive buffet serving. We enjoyed the meals for dinner and then for breakfast as well. There are options for each age and taste, and in other case if you still want something else, the chefs are more than keen to help you out. I would specially mention the Tea service and paratha service in breakfast. The serving staff were brining hot parathas in baskets so that all the guests can be served faster and to the best, and the tea in traditional glasses in a carrying case. There was a flute performer during breakfast giving atmosphere a mystical flavour. The food was lip smacking and of top standards. On day of our departure we even had room service for the food, and that was also very well prepared and served HOT. Kids Activities: The hotel as a kid’s area near the pool and is staffed by well-mannered and polite co-ordinators. There is a schedule for the kids for each day with different activities planned. Kids can also enjoy swigs, slides etc in outdoors to maximise the enjoyment. Activities for families: The hotel uniquely organises high tea in evening near the pool area. Very interestingly there are well decorated “Chai Thela (Tea-stall)” and “Snacks Thela” offering variety of snacks for all its guests. For non-tea lovers they serve lemonade as well. In snacks the chef was preparing Bhel poori and Sev poori, papdi chaat and also there was roasted corn (Coal fired corn on the cob). The tea stall had small packets of peanuts, chana, bujia etc hanging giving it a very desi flavour and feel. The event of “Chaupal” is very much look forward by every gust, on one of the days, when the hotel had a lot of guets, the Chaupal activity was to be shifted to a banquet hall. There was also “chatai” sitting on grass or “Manjhi” sitting. It was a super hit amongst all the guest. There was Magic show for the kids and Tambola for the elders in the area. There was also a candy cart in the reception area for all the guests. Special Thanks: I would like to thank Mr. Deepak Kaushik (Front Office Manager)for making our stay very very comfortable. I would also like to thank Mr. Dishant Baria (Executive Sous Chef) for our requests were well looked after and fulfilled in a jiffy. The entire team of Courtyard was very attentive and sincere and had the willingness to give their best at all times. I wish to come back and stay with you guys whenever I get another opportunity.
