“Overall nice”

Overall a good experience, The rooms are big and the staff is very nice, they always have a smile on their face. The breakfast and dinner was very nice with decemt options. The room furniture can be improved overall a value for money deal. Location wise good.

Location of the hotel is good. We booked this hotel from make my trip. It was clearly mentioned that complimentary late check out is avaialable. Location of the hotel is good. We booked this hotel from make my trip. It was clearly mentioned that complimentary late check out is avaialable. We checked in late in the night after having a site seen. Upon requesting late checkout , we were denied even though rooms were avaialable. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel manager was too nice. He handled our special request nicely and went out of the box to prepare food for us.

“Compromised property lacking trained staff and good housekeeping”

I stayed here in July with my parents. My stay was for 8 days on MAP basis. The staff is not trained in hospitality, they make customers to speak with janitors whom they call floor managers, as there is no housekeeping manager. Housekeeping is extremely poor. I stayed here in July with my parents. My stay was for 8 days on MAP basis. The staff is not trained in hospitality, they make customers to speak with janitors whom they call floor managers, as there is no housekeeping manager. Housekeeping is extremely poor. They are helpful but not trained well. My experience was that the staff is very demotivated and not well paid. The cleanliness is the most compromised in the property. They gave me a newly renovated room, for which I am thankful to Mr Ejaz. But the overall experience is lacking as the corridors are dark and dingy, restaurant is not cleaned properly. Initially they prepared food that was not fresh. We had to return it and asked them to prepare fresh food. They have very limited menu, but food was overall hygienic. South Indian food was always uncooked, hence more training will help here. Given the price, it was compromised. I will not recommend this hotel for a long stay , 2-3 days is good , but not more than that. Staff should be polite, cleanliness should be improved, food and restaurant should be clean and more options on the menu should be there.

Hotel is situated in Rajbagh area, away from tourist rush of Laal chowk and DalGate. Yet LaalChowk can be reached in 15 mins in auto rickshaw. Has decent parking space, rooms were okay, I got a feeling that higher floor rooms are recently done, I believed they were bigger then other rooms. Staff is very cooperative, food was good, breakfast buffet could had been better. There is not much happening in the vicinity of hotel, so be mindful of the fact when you book a stay here as tourist
