“Consistently Amazing Stays with Standout Service!”
I’ve stayed at Shangri-La Bengaluru multiple times, and every stay has been amazing. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable. Special mention to Tenzin from the front desk team — she’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

The staff were very courteous and very helpful. Front office staff member Tanya, chef - Ashish Yadav, Service Manager - Abhay Pratap Singh were very helpful. comfortable. Thank you all for making my stay Shall visit again soon
