I stayed here for 2 nights and oh boy, I was in for a surprise!! First the property is excellent, no doubt. But what blew my mind was the hospitality. My wife & son, were very well, infact I should say, thoroughly spoiled by the staff. Let me acknowledge the true heros of this property. Starting with the Chef- Soumya Das. He prepares THE best dishes. I am an adventurer and have been to hundreds of properties. Never had food anywhere, that can match the food here. Good menu and fingerlicking food. Want something that's not on the menu- no problems. Chef got you covered. Then there is the front staff- Omesh, Danny & Satish. They will not only welcome you with a smile, they will take care of your entire day, with activities. Super attentive, polite & helpful. While you sit for food- Nachappa & Srija will ensure your plate is never empty. Very fast & super efficient. Again, it's a delight to see, how the team works so efficiently. Evening bornfire is a treat. I did birding, river walk, coracle ride. We didn't step out of the property. We spent entire 2 days here. Had all meals here. The property is located at a steep entrance but they got you covered. You will be picked & dropped from the parking as soon as you ask for it. Everyone here has walkie-talkie and the communication is super fast. Don't expect proper network but every room has its own wifi, so watsapp works perfectly. Who needs network on a holiday. I just hope, after this review, I still get bookings 😂 when I need to visit, because I'm not done with this place. I will surely return.

Meriyanda nature resort is excellent resort for those who love nature and want to spend their time in nature. Lots & lots of plant varieties, bird varieties along with coffee and black pepper plantation. Persons working in Hospitality, Front Desk , Kitchen all are very cooperative, very nice. The chef mr saumya and mr prakash are amazing. All know Hindi Language. The manager Mr Satish and his suboridate danny both are amazing. Daily morning at 7.30 am there is nature walk for all guests in which Mr Satish (manager) shows more than 30 varieties of birds and show all plants. There is river and pond near by. You can spend whole days here in nature. No need to go anywhere. Anybody who loves nature they must go for this property.

The place, the staff is totally amazing! From the moment you enter the resort, they make you feel like the VIPs.. very humble people and top notch hospitality..Mr.Satish is really helpful and amazing guide for nature walk, sightseeing.. his nature is amazing and the chef, Mr. Swami is such a humble and polite person... Made us some amazing live counter dishes and really offered amazing cuisine!! The food and the service is amazing!! The spa session is also relaxing along with the receptionist being the humblest person. The pick and drop from jeep makes convinirnt to travel and the property is truly breathtaking!! If you want to stay away from the city noise and mainstay hotel chains, then surely come to meriyanda! Will visit again.
