“AWESOME Service!!!”
I visited this place today with my family around 12:50 am, for lunch at the "Restobar" and maybe because it was a weekend, there was nobody. “One of the best! ”
Location - Very Near to Kollam Beach and walkable distance from Bus Stop. Rooms - satisfactory. Neat and Clean. Breakfast - provides Idli and Aloo Paratha. Tasty and Good. Staffs - were so friendly, Overall its good. We got corporate discount too. Recommended

“Budget and average accommodation ”
Please don’t expect a star accommodation, they don’t have ala cart menu for brake fast . Rooms are not neat or clean compared to other same category hotels . Linen was not clean , wash room was also in very bad condition .

“Very filthy. Food below average.”
The hotel is close to the beach and well located. As i walked into the lobby to check out early morning, I saw 2 HUGE RATS. Hardly anyone visits the restaurant and food is definitely NOT fresh. All in all ,it was a very disappointing experience
