We stayed two nights at Hyatt Trivandrum and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well set up for twin sharing, making it very comfortable for our stay. We arrived quite late at night, but the staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, which made check-in smooth despite the hour. Safety and security are extremely important to us, and we appreciated that every entry and exit from the hotel was monitored. At the same time, the process was quick and efficient, without being inconvenient. The buffet breakfast had a wide and delicious spread. There were minor “oversights” with some freshly ordered items, but the staff were apologetic and proactive in offering solutions, which we appreciated. Overall, a reliable and comfortable experience — Hyatt stays never disappoint. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum. The hotel facilities were excellent, well-maintained, modern, and very comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. A special mention to Hyatt Regency’s driver, ShahJahan, who was outstanding throughout our trip. He took my brother and me to Ponmudi Hill Station, the Poovar backwaters, the Shiva statue, and also showed us around Trivandrum. He was not only an excellent driver but also a fantastic guid; knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. He truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommend the hotel, its facilities, and the wonderful service provided by the team.

This hotel provided the best of warm Indian hospitality combined with Hyatt style. It just could not be better. Our every need was anticipated and fulfilled with smiles and satisfaction. We were fed every day with the warm affection of a family. The Director F&B Mr. Sandeep Mohan is an exceptional, hands-on and constantly helpful person, who is always a joy to meet and full of good cheer; the Chef Syama makes it a personal endeavor to always create wonderful food, especially for someone like me who has many food restrictions, she also takes personal interest to make the guest experience extremely special by cooking a wide variety of heart-warming local cuisine; Syama is backed by an able and sincere team of Chef Bachhu and Chef Anil Babu; Executive Chef Karthik is extremely kind, attentive and most helpful; Linso Front Office Manager is most kind and exceptionally helpful; Server Hari Shankar is incomparable in his attention to detail and extremely caring service; Servers Royson, Sanjay, Unnikrishnan and Hariprasad all have an inexhaustible supply of smiles and energy; restaurant Manager Kirti is most charming and hospitable and Managers Yedhu and Sunidhi are very sincere, hard-working and dedicated to their job. Cyril, the Head of Engineering, is always at hand to fix any issues that come up. The hotel works with clockwork precision under the very able and personal direction of the General Manager Mr. Nibu Mathew, who is constantly moving about to keep a close personal eye on all activities. Even though the hotel had constant VIP movement while we were there, we did not face any inconvenience at all, which speaks very highly of the smooth management of the team under the leadership of the GM, as well as completely unobtrusive security. Pooja in the Lounge deserves mention as a gentle and focused server. We will definitely come back again.
