“Great Staff and Service”
They offered me 24 hours checkout time from my time of booking on an online site with different checkout times, also it is very near to the railway station and DB mall. The staff is really nice and it also has a bank nearby.

“Good rooms with bad service”
Nowhere close to any of the lakes in Bhopal and thats the first thing one will notice on arrival there. Food is good but service sucks in every respect. “No Lake and No Princess around”
A very regular average hotel with a very regular lobby and very regular rooms. Lift not working so had to climb up to my room on 2nd floor. And yes, no lake and no princess in sight. Didn't had food there, so can't comment on that.
