What is loved most was Jimmy Mahindra. He was kind and dedicated and executed his duties with a smile. He works really well and on time delivery going out of his way to ensure guests are satisfied. I equally loved the hotel as a whole and the facilities are of great standards. Thank you Hyatt.

“Ultimate Mumbai experience”
Great ambience and food. Friendly staff. Poolside well maintained and restaurant service is great. The chefs made fresh naan the chicken Tikka is crunchy and tasty. Dhiraj attended to our needs. He anticipated what we need and provided exemplary service.

Composed and elegant dining. Sung and Manmohan looked after us throughout the dining. The food was amazing.
