I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott, Hinjewadi from 21 June to 3 July 2026, and overall had a very pleasant experience. A special mention goes to the kitchen team, especially Chef Naveen and Chef Anil, who consistently recommended and prepared excellent dishes that never disappointed. Their passion for food was evident in every meal. The true stars of my stay, however, were the service team – Avijit, Athili, Kumuni, Charlie, Nobin, saif, Siddhi, Anika Swaraj, Kanahiya, Arjush and Priyanshu. Their professionalism, warmth, and customer-first attitude made a real difference. My workdays often ran late, and on several occasions, I arrived after buffet hours. Rather than simply pointing to the clock, the team always found a way to ensure I was looked after and never went hungry. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. The front office team was also courteous and helpful throughout my stay, although I unfortunately do not recall their names. If hospitality is about making guests feel at home, this team certainly succeeded. I came for work, but thanks to these wonderful people, I left with a few extra smiles—and probably a few extra kilos as well! “Lovely stay at Cortyard Hinjewadi”

I stayed for almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately I fell ill during my stay. I was very impressed how the stuff took care of me. They gave me a feeling of 'home away from home'. I would specifically like to mention about Chakri, Prasad, Bhagyasree and Kiran. Thank you very much!

The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes and impeccable quality. A special thanks to Bhagyashree for her exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. She was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Her professionalism and genuine care made my stay even more memorable. I keep coming back to this hotel whenever work brings me to Hinjewadi, and it never disappoints. The Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi delivers exactly what a frequent traveller hopes for: clean, comfortable rooms, a well-run property, and a team that genuinely makes you feel looked after. A special mention goes to Vishal, the room attendant on the 5th floor. His attention to detail is outstanding — the room was always spotless, perfectly prepared, and he anticipated small things before I even had to ask. Friendly, reliable, and professional every single time. People like Vishal are the reason a stay turns into a habit. The colleague responsible for the pool and fitness centre equally deserves high praise. Both areas were impeccably maintained, and his attentive, welcoming approach made every workout and every visit to the pool a pleasure. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. The spa in the basement is another highlight — a calm, well-kept retreat that's perfect for unwinding after a long day. A genuinely relaxing experience. I was also truly touched by a wonderful personal gesture: the team surprised me with a large gift box (I had to buy an additional suitcase :D) and a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday. It's exactly this kind of thoughtful, above-and-beyond hospitality that makes a hotel memorable — it turned an ordinary work trip into something special, and I won't forget it. Across the board, every member of staff I encountered was warm, helpful, and courteous. That consistency is rare, and it's what makes this property stand out. I'll happily return on my next trip to Pune — and I'm already looking forward to it. Highly recommended.
