This centrally located hotel is an oasis of calm, luxury and pampering with outstanding staff who felt like family and looked after my husband and myself during our 7 week stay dealing with 2 bereavements. Conrad pune truly became home away from home and we definitely attribute us being able to maintain our physical and emotional well-being to the care and attention showered on us by ALL the staff. And for which we are very very grateful. The service in every area was consistently pleasant, friendly and efficient stating from the bellboys and security to reception staff, room service, and the numerous restaurants where the lovely staff, managers and particularly the chefs made a point to consistently spoil us and give us that extra bit of TLC we needed. Coriander had the most amazing breakfast buffets and special shout out to all the boys and girls for getting our unusual tea orders right every day! I miss my daily dose of superb idlis and dosas but the multitude of inventive dishes too like quinoa upma. There was so much variety that can't name them all. Jeera had sumptuous awadhi dishes to die for, my particular favourites were lehsuni palak, broccoli 3 ways, and malai kulfi. But we tried every single vegetarian dish and loved them. Chefs spilt us with our special requests and were very touched with the effort made to create special maharashtrian thalis for us on our toughest days and made us feel loved. I am missing out many outstanding moments so forgive me. The music was also a big part of our experience as it helped reset our moods each morning and evening. All the amenities were of a really high standard but the shower with it's pulsating jets most certainly massaged away our stresses away from our neck and shoulder everyday and got us ready for another day. We would like to mention staff whose names we remember. We remember all the numerous faces but have not remembering all names. Please forgive us for the many omissions but you know you all touched our hearts forever. Chefs Gaurang, Rao, Kalash, Kunal, Ranjit (crispy), Udit. Harshdeep, Rakesh, Khukun, Sweta, Rugwed, Sadiksha, Kenneth, Jacob, Sakira, Harsh.......and many more Shubham, Gurvinder and Amandeep security, all the guys and girls who brought our special teas every morning. Managers Rahul, Priyanka, Siddhi, Rashi, and our favourite you know who you are. Music stavan (piano), neeraj basuri amazing talent. House keeping gets special shout out! All at Pune sugarbox. Will never forget the outstanding 5* cucumber sandwich which was an off the menu request after arriving battered from a long journey! It set the tone of things to come in the next 7 weeks. I must stop but this is a seriously edited review. I could go on and on. We stayed for 9 weeks in total in Pune and stayed at 3 5* hotels plus one in more in Mumbai and Conrad pune stood head and shoulders above all of them in EVERY aspect! The only slight negative is it rather pricey.

We had a wonderful 3-day staycation at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The overall experience was excellent — the food was delicious, and the staff was consistently warm, polite, and very attentive. A special mention to the team for arranging a lovely surprise cake for my son, which made our stay even more memorable. Such thoughtful gestures truly stand out. Thank you for the great hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this property to others.

Came for my daughter Kavya’s convocation for a one-night, two-day trip that needed everything to go right. It did, largely because of the people here. Arnab at the front desk set the tone at check-in, proactively suggested the Executive Lounge and arranged a late checkout till 2 PM without us having to ask. The evening Happy Hour at the lounge was the perfect way to unwind after arrival, with drinks, snacks, and we even managed some photos in the lounge setting. Breakfast at 7:30 AM was smooth and well-stocked, giving us a clean start for an 8 AM departure. When the convocation ran longer than expected (as they do), one call to the front desk and Yash extended our checkout from 2 PM to 3:30 PM without fuss. That flexibility genuinely saved the day. Tired and hungry post-ceremony, we ended up at the coffee shop where Kedovina was warm, efficient, and genuinely good to chat to, exactly what you need when you’re running on empty. The property itself is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, making them all the more comfortable. We couldn't try the restaurants or the spa due to the limited time. But it’s the team that makes Conrad Pune worth coming back to. Arnab, Yash, and Kedovina each made a difference at exactly the right moment. There’s a reason to be a Hilton Honors member. Stays like this are exactly what it is. Conrad made sure everything around it worked perfectly.
