My Stay at “Hotel Golden View”, Shirdi This hotel Is very convenient for pilgrims as it is just 200 meters from Shirdi Sai Baba temple. As it is in the heart of the town, one can visit neighboring tourist spots like Sambhaji Park (350 meters), Sai Teerth Spiritual Theme Park (one km) and Sai Heritage Village(2kms) and Wet N Joy water Park (1.5 Kms). This hotel is nearly 3kms from Sainagar Shirdi Railway station, 500 meters from Shirdi Bus Depot and 15 kms from Shirdi airport. The golden peak of Saibaba’s Samadhi mandir can be clearly seen here from the lounge.That is why this hotel is named as “Golden View.” The reception room is quite spacious, and beautiful paintings of Shirdi Sai baba and scenes from his life are kept on the walls of the corridors. There are many restaurants nearby. This hotel is a three-star hotel built in 2017. It has two floors with fifty rooms of different sizes to suit the pilgrims like Standard A.C. Deluxe with double bed, Deluxe Trible bed and Deluxe family room with two double beds. It has got all modern facilities such as A.C. Lift, free wifi, T.V. free parking, safe deposit box, complimentary water bottle, laundry, and room service. There is also Taxi service provided by this hotel for visiting nearby famous places. In each room there is a desk and a sofa besides a double bed. The white thermal screening provided by the hotel to shield from bright sunlight though useful obstructs the front view from the room. At night the bright light from street lights is reflected through this screen and one cannot sleep in bright light. So the ambiance of dark night is not seen. So better provide curtains so that the front view is not obstructed and one can sleep without glare of bright light. In the toilet liquid soap is kept in containers. It would be better to supply solid soap. Though kettle, tea and milk powder are kept, some may prefer to drink coffee. So, it would be better to supply a few coffee sachets also. As many pilgrims get up early to go to the temple, coffee and tea should be supplied by 6.00 a.m. to avoid delay in visiting the temples. Room service should be prompt. There is more scope to improve the cleanliness of rooms and supply of fresh, clean bed sheets and towels. Just near it, there is Sai Nisarg restaurant which provides South Indian, North Indian and Chinese cuisine. The nearby hotels are: Hotel Sai Amruth, Hotel City Point, Haldi Ram Hotel and Sai Naivedyam. Besides these, there are many eateries providing varieties of food. The check-in and check-out timings are: 11.00 a.m to 1.30 p.m. and from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. respectively. The room tariffs are reasonable and the pilgrims will find this hotel very convenient and safe to stay here.

I went for a 3 day trip from Hyderabad to Shirdi and other near by places. We started on Monday night and returned to Hyderabad on Saturday Morning. While going i booked AC sleeper from Orange travels (Cost per ticket around 1500), boarded bus in front of Asian Mall near BHEL @ 09:50 PM. Bus came on time, slept well and was dropped in Shridi around 8:00 am.Auto wala took 60 rupees from location i was dropped to Golden View hotel. Bus is awesome, no complains. They gave water bottle and a snack. Golden View Hotel - I used Agoda online app to book room (Deluxe Triple Bed), it costed me 2350 per day. I recently returned from USA, to me this hotel is clean and good, i would not say wow, awesome crazy buzz words but i liked staying with my family (we are 4, 2 kids less than 11 years and me, my wife). The main advantage, this hotel is right in front of Template, we saved lot of time and felt safe my wife going alone for shopping and returning to room. Hotel rating 4/5. Food - There is a hotel right in front of Golden view hotel (sorry forgot name), note it is not below golden view, it is good, will rate 4/5 and best hotel was woodlands, you have to walk like quater KM from this hotel, it is 4.5/5. Dominos pizza was nice, 4.25/5, it is right infront of golden view. Template visit - Took ticket, i think 200 per one person, for kids free, one person in our trip was 13 years, but temple folks did not bother much allowed him as child. Tried for haarathi @ 12:00 by getting in to line @ 11;30 but we were late by 15 mins. Darshan over in 1.5 hours. After template visit, took cab by talking to hotel management and went to shanishinganapur. Start time - 3:00 PM, returned 9:00 PM. Buy template pooja items right infront of the temple line, others will take more money from you. Next day, booked a cab to Triumbakeshwar and visited template. 1 hour temple line. The Cab driver did not take us to Godavari origin place on hill due to time constraints, but it is must place to visit. While returning, we stopped @ Nasik. Cab driver introduced us to autowala's saying car can not go to all templates around small road lanes. Autowala took us around some temples in Nasik, its waste of time, auto wala are cheating us. Only 2 places to visit in Nasik, Kaala Ram & tri-venisangamam, rest all waste of time. Go by your self, dont listen to auto walas in nasik. Returned to shirdi. 3rd day, started to Ellora early morning 7:00 am reached by 11;00 am, Grishneshwar darshan was 30 minutes. Remember male person have to remove their shirt ( bare above waist) only then you will be allowed in to temple. And then stopped by Ellora Caves, fantastic place, once in timelife must visit, amazing place, one had to spend at least 6 hours here. Lot to walk, for elders it is going to be tuff walking so take wheel chairs if possible. No food inside, so carry food with you, returning back for food and again entering in to ellora caves is time consuming and tiring. Evening @ 8:50 boarded Train from Aurangabad to Hyderabad train. Reached Hyd by morning 7am in lingampally hyderabad.
