“Wonderful stay”
Overall the trip was good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Cleaning was up to the mark and was on time. Food was very good. Overall staff behavior was very pleasant and everything was very prompt.

“Great stay”
This is an iconic hotel in Shillong. Fulfilled a long time dream of staying here. The stay was satisfying. Everything was taken care of. They provided unlimited complimentary water, which few hotels do these days. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was good.
