We had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton OMR Chennai, upon arrival we were upgraded to an executive room by Mr. Balaji at the reception and as our stay was for 10 nights we were even more comfortable as this room was very spacious. Our booking was on an MAP plan which included our breakfast and dinner and both the times they had elaborate buffet spread and the food was delicious and healthy too. I would like to mention Mr. Joseph at the reception specially as he was very helpful throughout our stay and helped us out whenever we had a concern. Imran and Siddharth at the restaurant took special care of us and their supervisor Mr. Shanmugam was always attentive and helpful. Therefore our stay was very comfortable and I will always choose Four Points by Sheraton OMR whenever I visit Chennai in the future.

The Rooms were amazing and very spacious, and definitely value for money, and comfort. Well-organised, and neatly presented rooms. The Noise level was pin-drop silent zone, and theri service is above and beyond.

My recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton was a mixed experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, as many other guests have already mentioned, it felt quite small. The washroom, in particular, seemed very cramped—the washbasin, door, and shower area were all squeezed into a limited space, making it less comfortable to use. The rest of the room had all the expected amenities, but the overall layout felt more like a "check-the-box" exercise than one designed to provide a truly pleasant guest experience. One aspect I found particularly disappointing was the designated smoking area being located right next to the main reception entrance. Every guest has to pass through it while entering or leaving the hotel. Beyond the inconvenience of cigarette smoke, I couldn't help but wonder how comfortable solo women or female guests would feel walking past a group of men smoking and watching people enter and exit. It would be much more appropriate to relocate the smoking area to the parking area or another spot away from the entrance and reception. On the positive side, the staff were courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast also offered a good variety and was enjoyable. Overall, while the service and breakfast were commendable, the cramped room design and the placement of the smoking area detracted from what could otherwise have been a much better guest experience.
