“Friendly and very enthusiastic staff”
Good 3-star hotel, clean but rooms could do with sprucing up . However, staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, in particular Karthik (who always anticipated our every need). Good location relatively close to the centre, especially if you use a tuk-tuk.

“Average experience”
The room is not as you see in the pics. Rooms are cramped. nothing great about the stay. Ample shops around the hotel. Bathroom was clean & so was the room. Overpriced in my experience. The manager in the day was helpful.
