Both of them welcomed guests with warm smiles, were very humble in their approach, and handled everything in a calm, professional, and highly customer-oriented manner. Their attitude and service truly add great value to the hotel experience. It’s team members like them who make a stay comfortable and memorable. Very spacious rooms, big enough for 3 with ample storage and accessory spaces. We stayed here recently and paid around ₹15,000 per night. A few things stopped it from feeling like a true luxury experience. First, the good stuff. The location is great, close to all the main attractions, and despite that our room on the second floor was really quiet and spacious. When we checked in, a staff member named Sara took us on a little tour of the restaurant, bar, and pool before showing us to our room — that was a lovely touch. The brunch is also worth mentioning. Huge spread, hot and cold stations, loads of fresh fruit. We really enjoyed it. That said, a few things frustrated us. The lobby is tiny, and because the hotel regularly hosts corporate events and birthday parties, it gets uncomfortably crowded. We actually had to squeeze past event guests more than once just to move around. The pool looks nice at first glance, but don't expect much privacy. It's fully visible from the lobby and restaurant, so anyone sitting there can watch you swimming. For a hotel charging these rates, that's a bit of an oversight — you shouldn't feel like you're on display just trying to do a few laps. The biggest annoyance though? Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which is fine — it happens. What's not fine is that nobody told us when it was. We sat in that cramped lobby for 45 minutes before we thought to ask, only to find out the room had been ready for a while. A simple WhatsApp message would've solved the whole thing. The bathroom also felt oddly small given how large the bedroom was. And dinner on the à la carte menu is quite pricey for what you get — it felt deliberately expensive to push you toward the buffet. One thing that genuinely concerned us: there were no staff monitoring the buffet stations, and we saw guests touching food directly with their hands. For a hotel at this price point, that really needs to be addressed. Overall — it feels more like a busy event venue than a relaxing 5-star stay.
