Our stay at Westin Himalayas was great. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and serene natural beauty, the property offers the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. The resort is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The infinity pool and kids club are very good and make relaxation effortless. What truly made our stay memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Special mention for chef Ashish for looking after all our needs. Every team member was attentive, courteous, and genuinely focused on making our experience special. The food was excellent, with a great variety and impeccable service. Whether you’re looking for a wellness retreat, a family getaway, or simply a luxurious break in the mountains, Westin Himalayas delivers on every front. They had special high tea event everyday that included kids related activities. They have various activities throughout the day. Only down side , don’t expect any exceptional room services or complimentary in the room in evenings. It’s a one time visit sort of a place! Would recommend to come once !

“The Valley with a View”

This property ticks so many boxes that I don't know where to start. Let me start with the location, which was way off the main highway and on a hilltop which feels much higher than it actually is. When you think Rishikesh, you think of a resort that's by the banks of the Ganges but I didn't expect to climb a steep hill, with narrow winding roads to get to this place. Not that I am complaining but that drive is something that's worth mentioning. The drive is quite a thing and when you are expecting to get to a river basin (again, on me on not researching enough on the location), it can sting quite a bit. The roads are uphill with felled rocks (and some boulders) strewn all through the way. The mountains look rocky an I am not sure what describes the unruly road. But once you get to the property, all the surprises of the 45-minute uphill drive just vanishes. The property is majestic, grand and one with a million dollar view. All rooms overlook a valley that houses the nearby town, probably Rishikesh. The rooms are appropriate, although I am not a big fan of their bath tubs and bathroom design. The food is at best average. Nothing exceptional. But what stands out is how the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and takes care of your smallest needs. WE arrived on a busy afternoon, our daughter made an off menu request but nobody flinched and prepared the food for us, which was awesome. Special mention here for Prachi from the front-desk who was warm and welcoming, changed our room on a whim, no questions asked. Also for Vipin, who kept us well fed during our two night stay. There are so many more I am forgetting and it's a pity honestly that I can't thank them. If the management is reading, please note there would have been many more I would thank and take my compliments for putting together a team that deserves all the praise. One small suggestion though, given your location, you can use the sky deck to set up telescopes and shape curious minds. The hotel is too bright that makes skygazing almost impossible.

Firstly, hats off to Chef CK—you are truly a shining star and a great asset to this property. 🌟 The property is beautiful and well maintained, but hospitality goes beyond infrastructure. Firstly, hats off to Chef CK—you are truly a shining star and a great asset to this property. 🌟 The property is beautiful and well maintained, but hospitality goes beyond infrastructure. Unfortunately, the front desk staff lacked warmth and a welcoming smile, which affected the overall experience. What stood out, however, was the exceptional chef team. As a Jain guest, I deeply appreciated their efforts to accommodate my preferences with care and dedication. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Once again, A heartfelt thank you to Chef CK and the team. Great properties attract guests, but genuine hospitality is what brings them back
