“Great experience of food and stay in Nov'22”

We as family of 12 adults and 3 kids stayed in Pradhan hotel for one night on 25th Nov'22. Our experience was much much better than the review I can read it here. We as family of 12 adults and 3 kids stayed in Pradhan hotel for one night on 25th Nov'22. Our experience was much much better than the review I can read it here. We booked 6 rooms and got all deluxe room on 3rd floor. The location is nice, the view of Kanchanjungha from all the rooms were amazing. The rooms were spacious, beds were clean, bathroom was clean, geysers were working nice, staffs were friendly and cooperative. And the food service is worth mentioning. We had an amazing dinner experience with f&b manager Mr Nishesh. The food quality was one of the best which I had experience in 5 days of trip and service was apt. The only two things which can be cons is the privacy ( you can sometimes hear the conversation of people in other rooms may be because of wooden construction) and for older people and kids, going to 3rd floor with stairs is difficult ( no lift, very common in hill station). Will highly recommend this hotel to people going to Darjleeing during non peak times. I don't have experience of peak months.

I stayed here for 2 nights with friends and family. On the Contrary to the negative reviews, my stay in the hotel was quite pleasurable. We was traveling with our own car, and parking in darjeeling can be a nightmare for tourists. We found this hotel 5 mins away from the main market. The owner was very courteous. He helped us with the parking. The rooms were pretty large and spacious. The rooms were pretty well maintained as well. Bathrooms were clean and large enough. Although water was avail 24 hours. the geysers do not work all night. ( usually water is not needed in the night), but they are turned in at 5 or 6 in the morning. We did not try the food. One thing which could be improved was the lighting of the rooms. although the lighting seems to be designed as per the room decor, but still not sufficient. Specially in the bathroom and dressing table area. There are huge glass windows with provide sufficient light during the day, but in the evening the lighting seems to be dim. Other than this, a pretty good property.
