“A lovely stay”

The resort has a beautiful pool and surrounds. The rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues on our arrival, but they were fixed immediately. You cannot go hungry with the oil you can eat breakfast. The management and staff are all so willing to help and super friendly. This resort is about 1.8 km from the beach, however with traffic that can take up to 20 minutes to drive. The hotel manager was always willing to book a driver for us, whenever ever we need one. This way the price was confirmed before we got in the car. I personally recommend you give it a go, especially if you prefer a pool to a beach.

“Enjoyable stay, well worth the money”

Lovely place. Really nice room for the price. Had a gym which I enjoyed and the spa was great. Only flaws was the gym wasn’t too greatly equipped. Other than that I’d definitely go back. Staff were very helpful and kind. Felt very safe there. Room service was good also!

Negative: The rooms lack essential amenities such as slippers and tissues. Additionally, the overall cleanliness does not meet the expected standard for a four-star hotel. 2. Facilities (Restaurant, Gym, Lobby) Positive: The hotel's overall design appears contemporary. The buffet offers a fair variety of food options, and the gym is adequately equipped and spacious. Negative: Cleanliness and hygiene are areas of concern. Dining utensils—including plates, spoons, and cups—were observed to be dusty, indicating insufficient sanitation. Table mats appear worn and detract from the dining experience. Moreover, the lobby lacks air conditioning, which affects guest comfort. 3. Service Positive: Staff members are generally accommodating and polite. Negative: There is a noticeable lack of clear and timely communication with guests throughout their stay, which could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall Assessment It is evident that the hotel is aging; however, this should not compromise the quality of the guest experience. Management is encouraged to prioritize the upkeep of the property’s physical condition and, more importantly, ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness throughout the premises. While the building's age is understandable, maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment is essential for guest satisfaction. The hotel has notable potential, and with effective management and attention to detail, it can offer a significantly improved and more competitive experience. Settling for less should not be an option for a property of this caliber.
